The Fusion Engine™ was released in 2011 and was the first new HPA system to hit the airsoft market in over two decades. This is the system that started the HPA revolution and has set the benchmark to which all other systems are measured. Although many have followed it, the Fusion Engine™ is considered by most to be the best. This system won “Best HPA Engine” the very first year Popular Airsoft added the HPA class to their Players’ Choice Awards.
This is a complete drop-in system which replaces the entire AEG gearbox with a full CNC machined lightweight aluminum chassis. It is the most adjustable system we produce with the widest range of adjustment in both velocity and rate of fire. Being a dual solenoid, closed bolt system so you are able to adjust the poppet valve (firing air) and nozzle (feeding) independently for full control over both the loading time and air volume used.
Being a true closed bolt system it is easier to achieve a high level of accuracy since it is not as critical of the hop-up configuration as an open bolt system. Additionally, it does have the best feeling trigger since the trigger micro-switch is custom fit to the frame so the trigger has a distinct break, hard stop and short reset

Velocity: 550fps w/ .20g @ 120psi. Like other HPA systems, the velocity of the Fusion Engine™ can be fine tuned by adjusting the input pressure. However, there are also 6 nozzles available each with a different level of restriction which allows you to shift the velocity adjustment range up or down in large increments. This allows the Fusion Engine™ to have the widest velocity adjustment range of any of our systems. ROF: 30rps+ The maximum cyclic rate of the Fusion Engine™ is affected by several factors such as the operating pressure as well as the quality of the magazine and BB’s used. However, 30 rounds per second is achievable in most standard configurations. Air Efficiency: 400+ shots from 13/3000 @ 1.5J w/ .28g This system was primarily designed to deliver maximum power so air efficiency was not a critical part of its development. However, thanks to the modular design of its poppet valve, the system can be fine tuned using more restrictive valve stems and shims which allows air efficiency to more than double when operating at traditional field velocities. -

Original price was: £349.99.£339.99Current price is: £339.99. Add to cartThe JACK™ was designed to answer the demand for an affordable, high performance HPA (High Pressure Air) conversion for AEG’s. The system is a drop-in cylinder replacement that is universally compatible with a wide range of gearbox versions that have center-line nozzles.
Similar to its sister products, the JACK™ replaces the original gearbox components with a programmable pneumatic system allowing for higher performance and greater reliability over a gear driven system. Although economically priced, the JACK™ still retains the same performance and quality you have come to expect from PolarStar products.
The JACK™ has only one moving part, the nozzle, which acts as its own poppet valve. Similar to the Fusion Engine™ and F2™ poppet, the nozzle is only piloted by the solenoid to open air flow through the poppet with none of the firing air coming from the solenoid itself. This design lets the JACK™ send a higher flow of air down the barrel than systems that only use a solenoid as the firing valve.
Gel Blaster Compatible
JACK HPA conversion kits can also be configured for use in gel blasters.

Using a standard M4 as an example, velocity can be adjusted from below 280fps and up to approximately 500fps with a .20g BB. Velocity can vary per model as longer barrels will increase the maximum velocity while shorter barrels will decrease it. Polarstar Wire Harness Rev. 2
£13.99Select optionsClear7.513The PolarStar wire harness is constructed with 24 AWG wire for superior continuity and features a nylon mesh sheath to protect the wires as they pass through the replica’s body. These harnesses are universally compatible with all PolarStar electro-pneumatic HPA systems excluding the original V2 GEN1 Fusion Engine and Amoeba kits.
- Compatible with any PolarStar system that uses a REV2 or REV3 FCU.
- 18″ is standard length for V2 kits in F2, F1 and JACK. Also recommended for FE’s being installed into full stock replicas (e.g. M16A3).
- 13″ is standard length for V2 FE as well as V3 F2, F1 and JACK kits.
- 7.5″ is standard length for V3 and MG FE kits but is also recommended for wiring the FCU to the pistol grip with UGS/CGS installs.
