Original price was: £349.99.£339.99Current price is: £339.99. Add to cartThe JACK™ was designed to answer the demand for an affordable, high performance HPA (High Pressure Air) conversion for AEG’s. The system is a drop-in cylinder replacement that is universally compatible with a wide range of gearbox versions that have center-line nozzles.
Similar to its sister products, the JACK™ replaces the original gearbox components with a programmable pneumatic system allowing for higher performance and greater reliability over a gear driven system. Although economically priced, the JACK™ still retains the same performance and quality you have come to expect from PolarStar products.
The JACK™ has only one moving part, the nozzle, which acts as its own poppet valve. Similar to the Fusion Engine™ and F2™ poppet, the nozzle is only piloted by the solenoid to open air flow through the poppet with none of the firing air coming from the solenoid itself. This design lets the JACK™ send a higher flow of air down the barrel than systems that only use a solenoid as the firing valve.

Velocity: 500fps w/ .20g @ 130psi The JACK™ allows for easy velocity adjustment by changing input pressure and does not require different nozzles to reach its full velocity range. Using a standard M4 as an example, velocity can be adjusted from below 280fps and up to approximately 500fps with a .20g BB. Velocity can vary per model as longer barrels will increase the maximum velocity while shorter barrels will decrease it. ROF: 30rps The maximum cyclic rate of the JACK™ is affected by several factors such as the operating pressure as well as quality of the magazine and BB’s used. However, 30 rounds per second is achievable in most standard configurations. Air Efficiency: 1000+ shots from 13/3000 @ 1.5J w/ .28g Although not a critical requirement during development, JACK™ does boast some highly respectable figures in this category. This is made possible by its intelligently laid out design which minimizes dead volume resulting in better air flow, faster response and less air used per shot. -

Add to cartWhen the original Micro Regulator™ came out it was an instant hit since it was ultra compact yet offered the performance of regulators twice its size. With the introduction of the second generation of this regulator, we’ve simplified manufacturing and ease of maintenance while retaining its compact footprint. With the regulator body coming it at just 0.006″ taller than the original, the Micro Reg™ GEN2 stands a hair over 2.25″ tall which makes the entire regulator more compact than a traditional UFA. Thanks to this streamline, low-profile design it allows tanks to fit more easily into compact packs popular with minimalist loadouts. This is all done without sacrificing performance as well since this tiny regulator has a lightning fast recharge rate that is on par with its larger brother the MRS™.
The Micro Reg™ GEN2 now shares the exact same internal components as the UGS™ and CGS™ and only has a total of two o-rings in its entire assembly which further promote reliability. Additionally, the GEN2 now has a two piece body similar to the large MRS™ making it much easier to maintain.

Polarstar Wire Harness Rev. 2
£13.99Select optionsClear7.513The PolarStar wire harness is constructed with 24 AWG wire for superior continuity and features a nylon mesh sheath to protect the wires as they pass through the replica’s body. These harnesses are universally compatible with all PolarStar electro-pneumatic HPA systems excluding the original V2 GEN1 Fusion Engine and Amoeba kits.
- Compatible with any PolarStar system that uses a REV2 or REV3 FCU.
- 18″ is standard length for V2 kits in F2, F1 and JACK. Also recommended for FE’s being installed into full stock replicas (e.g. M16A3).
- 13″ is standard length for V2 FE as well as V3 F2, F1 and JACK kits.
- 7.5″ is standard length for V3 and MG FE kits but is also recommended for wiring the FCU to the pistol grip with UGS/CGS installs.
